Had my entire roof replaced, and loved every step of the process. At no point did Bill make me feel like I asked too many questions. Then when they finished replacing the roof it was almost like they were never here besides the new roof of course. They crew did an amazing job very respectful and tidy. I called SATR based off of their website and their commitment to quality service, and i did get a free inspection from them which i had billy come out and do the inspection for us and he was the key factor as to why we chose them to do our roof replacement. Billy gave an honest diganosis as to the extent of our damage and didnt beat around the bush and gave us quality advice in regards to our roof needs. Not only that but i was expecting a sleezy salesman trying to upsell but he genuinely showed us the value of upgrading our roof to a high quality roof it was a bit more but it also saved us on our home insurance in the long term to where i could justify the cost i had to pay for their services. But overall if you want that genuine care from a business about what you need SATR is the way to go they are there to help and take care of you for whatever your needs are. After going through 3 roofs over the years, we can honestly say this last experience was completely different—and finally, the one that gave us peace of mind. Living here in San Antonio, we’ve seen our fair share of hailstorms, and unfortunately, each one seemed to take a toll on our home. Our previous roofs just didn’t hold up the way we expected. In fact, the last one we had installed before this began leaking not long after it was completed, which was incredibly frustrating and discouraging for us.

From the very beginning, San Antonio Tile Roofing, stood out. Philip didn’t just treat this like another job—he took the time to understand our situation, explain our options clearly, and guide us toward a long-term solution instead of a temporary fix. What impressed us most was how he walked us step-by-step through the insurance process. At our age, navigating claims and technical details can feel overwhelming, but he made it simple and manageable.

One thing we especially appreciated was how he advocated on our behalf with the insurance company. He went back and worked to have the original GAF shingle specification upgraded to an impact-resistant product, which not only gave us a stronger roof but also helped us qualify for insurance discounts. That level of attention and follow-through meant a lot to us—it showed he truly had our best interests in mind.

Now, for the first time in years, we feel confident when the weather turns. No more worrying every time a storm rolls in. This roof feels solid, secure, and built to last. If you are needing any work done..they are great!!! Super professional and got back to me in a timely matter. I’ve known Phil for a long time, and he has completed multiple projects for me over the years, including roofing and fencing work. He has always been professional, dependable, and easy to work with. The quality of his work has been solid, and he takes pride in doing things the right way. Don’t let the company name fool you he does much more than just tile roofing.
